New Services, Books, Focus on Travelers, and More!
Hi everyone! I hope you’re doing well and enjoying a great summer so far.
Even though we haven’t shared any news recently, we’ve been staying busy making new content, services, and improvements to the website over the last few months. After getting the most recent updates out the door, I thought it would be a good time to let you know about everything we have going on! Without further ado…
Service Updates
As you may have seen, we made the difficult decision to stop offering some of our consulting services in February. Even though we discontinued those services, please know we are still offering 1-on-1 coaching sessions as well as Resume Review, Cover Letter Review, and LinkedIn Profile Review services.
Additionally, we’re still producing our Timeline Planning service, but in a new format. Instead of personalizing the content to the client’s situation and the specific country they want to move to, the new Timeline Planning service offers standardized spreadsheets that contain all the essential to-dos that everyone needs to cross off the list to move and live abroad. While these spreadsheets are still extremely helpful for everyone moving abroad, we’re selling them at significantly discounted prices because they are not as personalized as they were before.
We’ve also just sweetened the Premium Service Package deal! In addition to the 5x 60-minute coaching sessions, Timeline Planning service, and all the International Job Search services at a 15% discount, you’ll also get the Complete Book Bundle and Complete Worksheet Bundle (€150+ total value) for FREE!
Last but not least, I’ve also started selling Porto Expat Tours again, so be sure to book one if you’re planning to come to Porto in the future!
Book Updates
We’ve recently made some changes to our books as well. The biggest announcement is that I just published my new Japan Travel Guide eBook to share all of my knowledge about traveling through Japan!
I compiled all of the info and tips that I gathered from traveling across Japan and living in Tokyo for two years into this book. Be sure to grab your copy if you’ve got a trip to Japan on the horizon!
In addition, I added a 50% discount on my first book Passport to Working in Japan so that more people interested in living and working in Japan can get their hands on it!
Focus on Travelers
Over the last few years, we’ve mainly focused on supporting individuals who want to move, live, and work abroad. However, there are even more people around the world who want support for their travels. Given that we have many years of travel experience, that’s an area we can help people with as well.
With that in mind, we’ve created the How We Can Help Travelers page to list all the ways we can support new and experienced travelers. In short, our content inspires people to search abroad for new destinations while our coaching services and tours can help them make it happen!
Website Updates
In addition to all of these content and service updates, we’ve also been making improvements to the website. In addition to optimizing things under the hood, we’ve also been updating and adding new pages throughout the website. One new page that I am particularly excited to share with you today is called David’s Journey, and it’s all about my own unique path through living in 5 foreign countries over the last 15 years. I’ve wanted to share my full story in one place on the website for a long time, so I’m happy that this page is finally live!
Wrapping Up
Those are all the updates I have to share with you at the moment. There are still many new in-progress projects, so stay tuned for more updates in the near future.
Thanks for your continued support of Expat Empire and happy travels!
